Abstract

Indonesian language learning in schools still faces challenges in systematically and contextually integrating local wisdom values. Local wisdom plays a strategic role in shaping students' character and strengthening regional cultural identity. This community service activity aims to improve teachers' competency in integrating local wisdom values ​​into Indonesian language learning through a reflective practice-based mentoring program. The implementation method includes needs identification, a workshop on developing teaching materials, classroom implementation assistance, and joint evaluation and reflection. The target group is Indonesian language teachers in partner schools who need support in developing contextual, culturally-based teaching materials. Evaluation instruments include questionnaires, observation sheets, and analysis of teacher-produced learning materials. The results of the activity indicate an increase in teachers' understanding of the concept of integrating local wisdom, an improvement in the quality of learning materials, and increased student participation in the learning process. This program is expected to become a model for sustainable mentoring in developing contextual, meaningful, and local cultural value-based Indonesian language learning.
